Old School Manufacturing

Meet our team

Tony and Merry

Tony and Merry are the co-owners of Old School Manufacturing, alongside with their son and daughter-in-law, Ben and Jessika. As co-owners, their involvement and contributions to the business have been varied, from their work in parts and customer service, to laying down a good foundation for success early in their sons lives. OSM is just one of several enterprises that Tony and Merry have been involved in throughout the years, including pastoring a local church, Abundant Harvest Worship Center, to owning and managing a horse stable, Heartland EQ Stables. With each new business opportunity, they’ve shown by example what it means to work hard. With their feet planted firmly on the foundation of God’s Word, they’ve been able to instill the values of faith, good character, and work ethic into each of their children and grandchildren. Old School Manufacturing has now become part of their legacy. It is their hope and desire to see their children and grandchildren carry on with the manufacturing business, practicing and preserving the values and principles that Tony and Merry themselves have endeavored to follow.

Benjamin and Jessika

Ben and Jess are the co-owners of Old School Manufacturing, along with Ben’s parents Tony and Merry Kroeger. As co-owners, they are integral to the day to day running of Old School; including development of new equipment, refining the products that OSM currently offers, and keeping the numbers and books side of the company running smoothly. Ben and Jessika are high school sweethearts who are celebrating over 20 years of marriage. They see the management of Old School as an opportunity to teach their children about the value of hard work, but also as a means to allow them to bless the people they love most. OSM also provides the family with a platform with which to share their faith in God, and how His blessings have shaped their lives.

Curt Schnorf

Purchasing Agent
Curt strives to purchase quality tools & parts for producing our machines. Prior to coming to work for OSM he taught machining at a local college and worked 37 years for a large corporation as a Tool & Die Maker and an IT System Engineer. Curt is one of our most fun team members and a valuable asset to the company. In his words, "It has been fun watching Old School Manufacturing grow the past 6 years. The family makes it a priority to improve the designs of the machines each year, keeping the farmer in mind every step of the way. It is a joy to come to work and be a part of the OSM family that puts God first in everything we do."

Dalton and Nicole

Production/Parts/Shipping/Sales
Dalton and Nicole are a hard working couple who have been with Old School Manufacturing since the very beginning! These high school sweethearts have been invaluable to the development and construction of many aspects of the business, from machinery to public relations. Starting out as part time help as they finished school, the couple married and moved to full time operation after graduation. From a secretary helping in her grandparents business, and her boyfriend aiding in assembly, these two have grown right alongside Old School to gain new responsibilities in shipping, parts, customer service, sales, and billing. Dalton and Nicole are appreciative of the opportunities that OSM has provided them with, like getting to connect with new people and work alongside their family.

Alex and Lin

Production and Prep
Alex and Lin, the son and daughter-in-law of Tony and Merry, are valued staff members who have been with Old School Manufacturing for several years. Displaying a strong work ethic, they have been an advantageous asset to the Old School team, particularly in the fields of assembly and prep work. Outside of Old School, the couple is active in their church, and enjoy aiding the people around them.

Haylee Kroeger

Office Assistant
Haylee Kroeger is a part time assistant to Jessika, aiding in the billing and bookwork departments. She also works part time with her grandparents Tony and Merry at a stable they own, Heartland EQ Stables. Haylee’s duties involve keeping dealership and research and development paperwork in order, writing blog articles and social media posts, and keeping track of various bills and invoices. She enjoys the opportunity to work alongside her family, relishes the freedom that OSM allows her to set her schedule with, and feels very blessed for all of the prospects that Old School has provided.

Timothy Boyd

Tim is a 2024 high school graduate who is planning to attend college in the fall. OSM's part time opportunity and dedication to training it's employees has made it a "wonderful first job experience".  He typically works on prep items and kits so that when assembly time comes, we are well stocked and ready to go. Tim is also jumping into the assembly process as he is gaining understanding and skills. Tim's favorite part of the job is the fun family atmosphere.
